I live in the coffee capital of the planet....Portland Oregon...wheres theres a Starbucks on every Avenue....some kitty corner-facing each other on the same street! Sure they make a nice cup of brew and I'm a card carrying customer working down by balance on a daily basis..But I came across this small roaster in Cannon Beach Oregon by the name of "Cannon Beach Roasters"....I got turned on to them by dining at a Restaurant (at Cannon) that served their Java.
I stopped at their shop and bought a bag of their #1 seller...Monastery Blend.
